DETAILED ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City

Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be warmly greeted by your driver who will transfer you to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, you can explore the city at your own leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Phu Quoc Island (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for a flight to Phu Quoc, a serene tropical island situated in the Gulf of Thailand, 45km southwest of Vietnam. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your chosen hotel. The interior of Phu Quoc is largely covered in dense tropical forest, and the coastline boasts a plethora of deserted sandy beaches. Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.

Day 3: Phu Quoc Island (B, L)

On the third day of your trip, you will embark on a boat trip to explore some of the best sites on the island. Your first stop will be at Buom Island for swimming and snorkeling. Next, you will cruise to Gam Ghi island to explore underwater sea livers and corals. After lunch, the boat will be anchored at the lively and popular May Rut Trong island, where you can engage in numerous beach activities before cruising back to the harbor and then transferring back to your hotel/resort.

Day 4: Phu Quoc Island – Free at Leisure (B)

You will have the day free to relax on the beach or explore the island at your own pace. Overnight at the hotel/resort.

Day 5: Phu Quoc – Ho Chi Minh City – Mui Ne (B)

After a leisurely morning, you will be transferred to the airport for a flight back to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, you will be picked up by your driver and transferred to Mui Ne – Phan Thiet. The scenic 210km drive north on Highway One passes through the bustling city of Bien Hoa before cutting through dense rubber plantations. Closer to Mui Ne, the terrain changes to arid semi-desert with cactus plants and strange-looking dragon fruit trees. Upon arrival in Mui Ne, you will check-in at the hotel/resort and have the rest of the day to relax by the pool or on the sandy beach.

Day 6: Mui Ne – Free at Leisure (B)

The entire day is free for you to relax in your hotel/resort or enjoy the beach. If you are feeling active, there is a nearby golf course available. Overnight in Mui Ne.

Day 7: Mui Ne – Nha Trang (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Nha Trang, where you will check in at the hotel/resort upon arrival. Nha Trang is Vietnam’s most popular beach destination, featuring miles of white sandy beaches, swaying coconut palms, and excellent seafood restaurants. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 8: Nha Trang – Free at Leisure (B)

You will have the day to yourself to relax and explore the area. You can take part in various water sports, including parasailing, jet skiing, water skiing, and boat trips to the outlying islands. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 9: Nha Trang – Flight to Ho Chi Minh City (B)

You will have the morning free before being transferred to the airport for your flight back to Ho Chi Minh City and then for your outgoing flight home.
