This 3-hour class starts with a market visit, where our guide will introduce you to essential Vietnamese ingredients, herbs, and spices. You’ll learn key Vietnamese phrases for buying and bargaining, useful for the rest of your trip.

After selecting the necessary ingredients, return to our kitchen for an introduction to the dishes and cooking methods. Watch the guide prepare the food, then try your hand at cooking and enjoy your masterpiece!
