DETAILED ITINERARY:

Day 1: (Friday) Hanoi – Lao Cai

8:00pm – We’ll collect you from your Hanoi hotel and escort you to the Hanoi railway station, where you’ll board the Express Train bound for Lao Cai. Enjoy an overnight journey in a comfortable air-conditioned soft sleeper wooden cabin, accommodating either four or two passengers based on your preference.

Day 2: (Saturday) Lao Cai – Can Cau market – Bac Ha (B,L,D)

6:00am, upon your arrival at Lao Cai train station, our local guide and driver will greet you. After breakfast, we’ll head to the captivating Can Cau market, where the vibrant culture of Vietnam’s mountainous regions comes alive. Witness colorful traditional attire and cultural exchanges over local wine.

On our way to Bac Ha, we’ll visit a Flower H’mong village. Check into your preferred hotel in Bac Ha—either Sao Mai or Thien Thanh—both known for their comfort. Enjoy free time to explore the town before dinner at a local restaurant. Rest and relax for the night in Bac Ha.

Day 3: (Sunday) Bac Ha market – Sapa (B,L,D)

After breakfast, stroll to the bustling Bac Ha market, known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse hill tribe gatherings. Sample local cuisine and special wines while exploring the market with your guide. Visit the historic H’mong King’s house before returning to town for lunch.

In the afternoon, explore Ban Pho village before heading back to Sapa. Along the way, enjoy a stop to admire the Vietnamese and Harbor Mouth in Lao Cai. Arrive in Sapa in the late afternoon, dine at a local restaurant, and spend the night at your chosen hotel.

Day 4: (Monday) Sapa – Lao Cai – Hanoi (B,L,D)

After breakfast, we’ll whisk you downhill by jeep to the valley, where you’ll embark on a scenic walk through three Black H’mong and Dzay villages. Enjoy lunch with a Dzay family before returning to Sapa. Indulge in dinner at a local restaurant, then hop back into the jeep for a transfer to Lao Cai station, where you’ll board the night train to Hanoi. Spend the night in an air-conditioned soft sleeper wooden cabin, concluding your Can Cau and Bac Ha market tour with us.
