DETAILED ITINERARY:

Day 1: Ha Noi – Lang Son – Dong Khe – Quang Hoa – Ban Gioc Waterfall

6:20 – 6:40 AM – Our luxury limousine will pick you up from your hotel in Ha Noi old quarter, starting your journey to Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam and among the top ten in the world, located between Vietnam and China.

Departing from the Old Quarter, the limousine will take the highway from Ha Noi to Lang Son. Along the way, you’ll enjoy views of beautiful rural villages and limestone mountain ranges. As we pass through Lang Son Province, we’ll stop at various viewpoints for you to take pictures and relax, allowing you to appreciate the stunning rice paddies and rural landscapes.

We’ll arrive at Dong Khe District in Cao Bang Province and continue along the national road near the China border. On our way to Ban Gioc Waterfall, we’ll stop at a local village to observe daily life, visit vast sugarcane farms, and learn about local farming practices.

12:45 – 1:00 PM – Lunch in Quang Hoa Town.

After lunch, we’ll visit the famous traditional village of Khuoi Ky (known as the stone house village) located about 2 km from the waterfall, where we’ll stay overnight. After checking in, we’ll head to Ban Gioc Waterfall.

On the way, you’ll see the China border, and as we approach the waterfall, the spectacular view will emerge from the valley.

After arriving at the main gate, we’ll walk inside to experience the breathtaking waterfall up close. Our guide will arrange a sampan ride for you to enjoy the waterfall from the water.

We’ll spend around an hour at the waterfall, after which we’ll return to our homestay. You’ll have free time to explore the village before dinner and a happy water party at our homestay.

Day 2: Khuoi Ky – Nguom Ngao Cave – Ban Gioc Pagoda – Lunch at Quang Hoa – Back to Ha Noi

7:30 AM – Enjoy breakfast before checking out and loading your luggage onto the limousine.

8:30 AM – We’ll visit Nguom Ngao Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Northeast Vietnam. You’ll have 1.5 hours to explore its stunning stalactites and stalagmites, some of which resemble animals. The beauty of this cave is indescribable—you must see it to believe it.

9:45 AM – After visiting the cave, we’ll head to Ban Gioc Pagoda. A 300-step hike will take us to the pagoda, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Ban Gioc Waterfall and the China border, as well as learn about the history of the area.

11:00 AM – We return to the limousine and begin our drive back to Ha Noi, stopping along the way to visit scenic areas and take photos.

12:30 PM –  Lunch at a local restaurant before continuing our journey along the China border and back onto the Lang Son-Ha Noi highway.

6:30 – 7:00 PM – Arrive back in Ha Noi.
