DETAILED ITINERARY:
Day 1 – Arrival in Ha Noi city
On the first day of your tour, our friendly tour guide will meet you at the airport and assist you with the transfer to your 5-star hotel in Ha Noi city center.
You will have the opportunity to rest and relax after your long flight, and our team will be happy to provide you with recommendations on the best places to explore Ha Noi’s vibrant nightlife at your own pace.
Day 2: Ha Noi city tour (B,L)
You will embark on a full-day city tour on the second day of your trip. The tour will include visits to some of Ha Noi’s most famous landmarks, including Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Complex, the Temple of Literature, Ngoc Son Temple, and Hoan Kiem Lake. Additionally, you will experience the traditional Vietnamese art form of water puppetry.
Our experienced guide will provide you with historical and cultural insights into each location, making for a truly enriching experience.
In the evening, you will board a sleeping bus to Sapa at 21.30. The journey will take approximately 6 hours, and you will arrive in Sapa town at 4:00 the following day. You will have the option to sleep on the bus until 5:30, where you will be picked up by our local tour guide for breakfast and some rest before embarking on your trek.
Day 3: Sapa trekking 14 km (L,D)
On the third day of your trip, you will begin an amazing trekking adventure at 9:00.
Our experienced local guide will take you to visit the village of Suoi Ho, which is the home of the Hmong minority people, Matra village, and Ta Phin village. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and traditions of these communities, gaining a deeper understanding of their way of life.
In the evening, you will have dinner and stay overnight with a Red Dao family, where you will experience their customs and way of life. Our team will ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Day 4: Sapa trekking 10km (B,L)
After breakfast, get ready for an exciting trek to Trung Chai Village – a beautiful destination home to Red Dao and Hmong minorities.
Your guide will lead you through the lush terraced rice paddies and amazing sceneries. You will have an opportunity to experience local cultures and witness the daily life of the ethnic communities.
Later in the evening, you will return to Sapa town and spend your second night at a 5-star hotel.
Day 5: Sapa Fansipan trekking (B,L,D)
On the first day of the trek, you will start at 9.00 a.m. from the 06 Park Rangers’ Station, which is located at an altitude of 2,000 meters.
The trek will take you to a height of 2,200 meters, where you will have a picnic lunch and enjoy the breathtaking view. You will then continue your journey and set up your camping site at an altitude of 2,800 meters.
You can enjoy a warm campfire and spend the night under the starry sky.
Day 6: Sapa – Ha Noi (B,L)
On the second day of the Fansipan trek, you will make your way to the summit of Fansipan, which stands at 3,143 meters above sea level. After conquering the peak, you will take the cable car back to Sapa town at 2 p.m.
You will then take the sleeping bus back to Hanoi at 16:00 The journey will take approximately 6 hours, and you will arrive in Ha Noi at 22:00.
Day 7: Ha Noi – Ha Long bay cruise (B,L,D)
Get picked up at your hotel at 8.00 by our experienced driver to be transferred to Ha Long bay.
Spend two days and one night exploring the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay on a 5-star cruise ship.
The cruise includes exciting activities such as kayaking, swimming, cooking classes, Tai Chi, and squid fishing. You can relax and unwind, enjoying the serene surroundings and the clear water.
Day 8: Ha Long bay – Noi Bai airport – Phong Nha (B,L)
Watch the beautiful sunrise over the bay and enjoy your breakfast on the cruise before returning to Noi Bai Airport by private car at 12:00
Take a flight to Quang Binh airport at 16:40, where you will be picked up and transferred to a hotel in Phong Nha where you have the Hang Tien cave tour the next day.
Day 9: Hang Tien cave tour (B,L,D)
On the first day of your Hang Tien Cave tour, you will explore the Phong Nha – Tan Hoa – Fun Cave. This beautiful cave system features an underground river, stunning rock formations, and a wide variety of flora and fauna.
You will be accompanied by an experienced guide who will provide fascinating insights into the cave’s history and geology.
Day 10: Exploration of Hang Tien Cave – Phong Nha (B,L)
On the 2nd day of your tour, you will start from Hang Tien Campsite and traverse through the Hang Tien 1 and Hang Tien 2 caves before reaching Tan Hoa and finally Phong Nha.
This exhilarating expedition will come to an end at 17:30, leaving you with awe-inspiring memories of the stunning natural beauty of Vietnam.
After the exploration, you will stay overnight in Phong Nha, which is a mesmerizing town that is known for its cultural heritage and picturesque surroundings.
Day 11: Train journey from Dong Hoi to Da Nang (B)
On this day, you will take the morning train at 8:00 from Dong Hoi and arrive in Da Nang at 13:25.
The train journey will take you through the Hai Van Pass, which offers breathtaking views of the curving shorelines, rural villages and farms, and lush mountains. The winding route through this stunning pass is an experience that you will cherish forever.
Stay the first night in Da Nang at a 5-star hotel with an amazing sea view.
Day 12: Exploring Hoi An on your own (B)
Today, you have the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely day exploring the charming town of Hoi An.
You can wander along the quaint cobbled streets and visit art galleries, or rent a bike and pedal your way through picturesque rice paddies to reach the stunning Cua Dai Beach. The town’s markets and historic Chinese shophouses offer a plethora of interesting shopping options, including paintings, ceramics, and colorful cloth lanterns.
If you’re interested in fashion, you could visit one of the many skilled tailors in the area and have a unique piece made just for you.
Hoi An is also renowned for its delectable regional cuisine, so make sure to treat yourself to a meal at a riverside restaurant or even sign up for a cooking class to learn how to make some of the local dishes yourself.
Stay the second night in Da Nang at a 5-star hotel with an amazing sea view.
Day 13: Departure from Da Nang (B)
On this day, you can relax in the morning and take some time to prepare for your departure.
You could consider visiting Ba Na Hills, a breathtaking mountain resort located outside of Da Nang, Vietnam. Among the many attractions within Ba Na Hills, the Golden Hand Bridge stands out as a must-see experience. This pedestrian bridge features unique design elements, including two massive hands that appear to support the structure. From this vantage point, visitors can take in stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lush forests.
Later in the day, you will be picked up for your return flight at 19:00 to Ha Noi. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
You will need to self-transfer at the international terminal to catch your flight back home. This marks the end of your amazing tour of Vietnam, leaving you with unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.
